If you have been referred for a test, please ensure you contact the Practice for the result within two to three days (or as advised by your Doctor). Patients can phone their Practice on weekdays to obtain non-urgent test results from our nurses. If a nurse is not available you will be prompted to leave your contact details.
Please phone your Practice during the following times for results:
YEPPOON 9am – 4.30pm
EMU PARK 12noon – 2pm
ZILZIE 1pm – 2pm
If your doctor has requested that you speak directly to them for results, please ask the receptionist to make a non-urgent recall appointment for you.
Depending on your health needs, your doctor may ask you to make a follow up appointment and the reception team will be able to assist you.
The Practice will be implementing an SMS notification service to advise of non-urgent results in early 2018.
