Appointments
Consultations are by appointment.
If multiple family members need to see the doctor, please book a separate appointment for each person. This ensures your doctor can dedicate the time and attention each patient deserves. In emergency situations, urgent cases are always given priority.
Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and GP.
Extended Consultations – If you have several concerns to discuss or require forms to be completed, please let our reception team know when booking. This allows us to allocate extra time for your consultation.
Telehealth Options –We offer phone and video consultations for your convenience. These can be booked online via our website or by calling the practice.
Urgent appointments – Urgent appointments are available if you are ill or injured on the day. Our nurses will speak with you to triage your health needs and organise a suitable appointment.
Accidents and Emergencies – For any life-threatening emergencies, always call 000 immediately, even if you’re unsure. For non-urgent situations, please call us on (07) 4913 9300, and our team will advise you on the best course of action.
Medicals, Referrals or Forms – Patients are required to advise reception if you are requiring these services so the appropriate time can be allocated to your appointment.
Interpreter services – If you or a family member requires an interpreter service we can organise this for you. Please make us aware when booking your appointment. For further information please refer to the Interpreter Service page.
